Recipe for 2 people, you will need:

✔ 2 atkins wraps
✔ 4 tbsp tomato sauce
✔ 1 pointed pepper
✔ 2 mushrooms
✔ 1/2 red onion
✔ 1 light mozzarella
✔ a few basil leaves
✔ 1 tbsp Italian herbs
✔ handful of arugula (optional)
