Welcome! We are Hosai and Indah, the founders of Diabeteszorg Online. Hosai is a dietician and Indah is a practice nurse for chronic care. These are two disciplines that occur in general practices and are both involved in the guidance of patients with type 2 diabetes. In addition, we are both also lifestyle coaches.
In recent years we have helped hundreds of people improve their lifestyle. We discovered that there is a great demand for flexibility in diabetes care.
