Recipe: Ramen without noodles

Discover how you can create these delicious ramen without any noodles!

For 2 people, you will need:

✔ 100 gr chicken
✔ 2 eggs
✔ 100 gr mushrooms
✔ 100 gr Chinese cabbage
✔ 1 red pepper
✔ 2 spring onions
✔ 100 gr bimi
✔ 0,75-1 L mushroom broth 
✔ 1 tbsp tamari soysauce (less salt)
✔ 1 tbsp olive oil
✔ 1,5 cm fresh ginger
✔ 1 clove of garlic 
✔ 1/5 juice of a lime
✔ 1 tsp chiliflakes of 1 red peper
✔ 1 tsp sesameseeds
